Project Description:

The Rogue’s Legacy is the tenth adventure that takes place in the Sea of Thieves world. Players embarked on a voyage to retrace the steps of the renowned character Captain Briggsy. Solving the riddles left behind led to locating special guardian skeletons that defended the truth. This revealed more information about the skeleton curse that afflicts the world of the Sea of Thieves which has found its next victim of the tavern keeper Tasha.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Hands on involvement in the development of this project, from the prototype phase to release
  • Implemented new enemy type to encounter whilst on this adventure
  • Listened closely to Insiders feedback based on the difficulty of the puzzles inside this adventure
  • Collaborated with other teams involved on the project; design, engineering, artists, content, audio, producers
  • Implemented limited time dialogue system and text based features that support localisation
  • Developed mysterious world changing zones that appeared on islands that introduced new gameplay
